熱轉印工藝是對鋁單板表面進行脫脂和化學處理，轉印加工通過熱轉印機一次加工（加熱加壓）將轉印膜上精美的圖案轉印在產(chǎn)品表面，成型后油墨層與產(chǎn)品表面溶為一體，大大提高產(chǎn)品的質量。

The paint film of aluminum veneer products produced by roller coating technology is relatively flat, and has the advantage of high color simulation.

4、鋁單板的覆膜工藝

覆膜工藝一般采用高光膜或魔術貼，在鋁單板表面涂布膠黏劑制成。這項技術的優(yōu)勢在于色彩鮮艷，顏色多，耐用性強。
