夏季又稱為雨季，是鋁板、鋁卷、鋁帶等鋁產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)進(jìn)水腐蝕、氧化現(xiàn)象的時(shí)節(jié)。雖然在鋁板產(chǎn)品中有氧化鋁板這個(gè)分類，但氧化鋁板和鋁板氧化可是完全不同的事情。氧化鋁板和鋁板氧化了的區(qū)別：

一、氧化鋁板一般指的是：鋁板經(jīng)過酸堿氧化后，在鋁板表面形成了一層保護(hù)膜。一般的氧化膜為銀白色。如客戶有特殊要求，也可以根據(jù)客戶要求氧化成不同的顏色。
1、 Aluminum oxide plate generally refers to: after acid-base oxidation, a protective film is formed on the surface of aluminum plate. Generally, the oxide film is silver white. If customers have special requirements, they can also be oxidized into different colors according to customers' requirements.
氧化又分為：普通的氧化、陽極氧化和硬質(zhì)氧化。

鋁板普通氧化是指：鋁板在經(jīng)過酸、堿流槽，對鋁板表面進(jìn)行清洗后，在鋁板表面形成一層保護(hù)膜，有被稱為氧化膜。
The common oxidation of aluminum plate refers to the formation of a protective film on the surface of aluminum plate after cleaning the surface of aluminum plate through acid and alkali flow trough.

鋁板陽極氧化是指：鋁板在經(jīng)過普通氧化后，在氧化過程中通電的一種工藝。
Anodization of aluminum plate refers to the process of electrifying the aluminum plate in the oxidation process after ordinary oxidation.
那么鋁板陽極氧化與鋁板硬質(zhì)氧化的區(qū)別是：陽極氧化的氧化膜深度叫淺，硬質(zhì)氧化的氧化膜深度叫深。
The difference between anodizing and hard anodizing is that the depth of anodizing film is shallow and that of hard anodizing film is deep.
二、鋁板氧化了一般是指鋁板或者鋁卷相連的部分出現(xiàn)同一樣的腐蝕現(xiàn)象，腐蝕面積的大小和圖案相同，

造成這種情況的原因：

1：在鋁板或者鋁卷包裝時(shí)，溫度過高。包裝內(nèi)形成蒸汽，鋁板、鋁卷受潮出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象。
1: The temperature is too high when the aluminum plate or aluminum coil is packed. Steam is formed in the package, and aluminum plate and coil are corroded due to moisture.
2：鋁板或者鋁卷淋雨，使雨水倒灌到包裝內(nèi)。鋁板、鋁卷出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象。
2: The aluminum plate or aluminum coil is soaked in the rain to make the rain pour back into the package. Aluminum plate and coil are corroded.
3：在濕度較大的環(huán)境下鋁板、鋁卷會出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象。
