目前國內(nèi)鋁卷生產(chǎn)廠家有很多，我國鋁卷的用量已經(jīng)是逐漸增加，已經(jīng)是鋁行業(yè)中非常重要的一部分。鋁卷具有密度低，使用壽命比較長，外表漂亮美觀的特征，是電廠、化工廠管道保溫不可缺少的產(chǎn)品。為了更好的使用鋁卷，延長鋁卷的使用壽命，對鋁卷的儲存環(huán)境也有比較嚴(yán)格的要求，那么對于鋁卷存放，鋁卷生產(chǎn)廠家應(yīng)該注意什么？

What should aluminum coil manufacturers pay attention to for the storage of aluminum coil?
一、要確保存放的環(huán)境要通風(fēng),干燥。千萬不要放到潮濕的地方，大家都知道鋁卷屬于有色金屬,如果與水觸摸以后會發(fā)作氧化反應(yīng),這樣鋁卷表面就會損壞掉，外表會形成一種保護(hù)膜,確切的話會形成一片一片的白色氧化痕跡，致使外觀量受到影響,所以一個干燥的環(huán)境是存放鋁卷的必要條件。
1、 Make sure the storage environment is ventilated and dry. Do not put it in a wet place. We all know that aluminum coil belongs to non-ferrous metal. If it is touched with water, it will have oxidation reaction. In this way, the surface of aluminum coil will be damaged, and a kind of protective film will be formed on the surface. To be exact, white oxidation marks will be formed one by one, which will affect the appearance. Therefore, a dry environment is a necessary condition for storing aluminum coil.

二、就是包裝的密封性,一般來說鋁卷早出廠的時候都會有防水包裝，外觀會纏繞上一層塑料布，里面放上幾包干燥劑，防止在運(yùn)輸過程中因潮氣或者陰雨天氣導(dǎo)致氧化，一般來說不主張客戶拆開或者損壞該包裝，這種包裝適合長時間的存放。
2、 Generally speaking, when the aluminum coil leaves the factory, there will be waterproof packaging. The appearance will be wrapped with a layer of plastic cloth, and several packages of desiccant will be put inside to prevent oxidation due to moisture or rainy weather during transportation. Generally speaking, customers are not advised to open or damage the packaging. This kind of packaging is suitable for long-term storage.
注釋：即使需要使用，在使用完之后也要在原包裝的基礎(chǔ)上給剩余的鋁卷包裹上，放到干燥、通風(fēng)處。一般來說實(shí)現(xiàn)上面兩點(diǎn)，鋁卷存放基本上就不會發(fā)生氧化作用。能夠較好、較長時間的保存鋁卷。
Note: even if it needs to be used, the remaining aluminum coil should be wrapped on the basis of the original package and put in a dry and ventilated place after use. Generally speaking, to achieve the above two points, aluminum coil storage basically will not occur oxidation. It can keep aluminum coil for a long time.
